What to do for back pain from working too long at the computer?

Back pain is still the number one common ailment today. The causes are:

  • Lack of exercise, such as when working regularly and for long periods at a computer,
  • one-sided physical strain,
  • overweight,
  • incorrect movement patterns,
  • forced posture of the trunk,
  • heavy physical work,
  • psychological stress
  • and unhealthy diet, as well as other causes.

That's why it's important to move. A combination of endurance, strength and coordination training is ideal for balancing stressful office days. If there is a lack of time, walks in the forest (so-called forest bathing) are also helpful.

In this day and age, the psyche is responsible for most back pain, along with diet. Stress means "carrying a load" and affects posture and back.

In addition to our recommended "morning ritual", we have put together an exercise program that can be easily integrated into everyday life.
